Homemade Almond Butter

I tried making almond butter last night but after 5 minutes of watching the almonds in the food processor…well what she expressed was exactly what was going through my mind. Now I know! 25 mins and we’re good to go! Looks delicious.
Before this process I soaked my almonds over night and let them dry. Soaking for 8-12 hours and giving them a good rise afterwards allows for the almonds to be more alkaline.
